The Box Works is planned to be a high quality, contemporary self contained building providing office accommodation from 3,000 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft. 

The building has been stripped to its concrete and steel frames and will be re-constructed to provide Grade A office space.  The original core will be removed and replaced with a lightweight glass structure to create a transparent elevation and impressive triple height entrance atrium.  From this space, the building will circulate to a new build top floor extension which will accommodate further office space.
