Cosmetics company Grace Cole have just completed a deal with Aus Bore Estates to take the balance of the ground floor office accommodation in Fremantle House which is located on Oakfield II at Cheadle Royal Business Park.

They already occupy approximately 2,500 sq ft and the expansion into the remaining 998 sq ft suite means that they now occupy the whole of the ground floor.

This deal means that Aus Bore now only have offices available in Hobart House which is located adjacent to Fremantle where office suites are available to let from 1,500 sq ft upwards.
