			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The winner of the <a href="http://www.manchester-offices.co.uk/manchester-offices/universal-square">Universal Square </a>Tri Cup Challenge is&#8230;drum roll&#8230;Geoff Hill!</p>
<p>A superb competition, both contenders showed true grit and spirit!  The challenge consisted of 1,000m row, 5k cycle and 2k run.</p>
<p>Due to some malfunctioning cycle equipment the rules had to be changed at the last minute, putting even more pressure on Mark and Geoff. The bikes were calibrating differently so it was decided to share the distaance equally on both bikes, starting the competition on one bike, cycling 2.5k, off and over to the rower for 1,000m and then back swapping bikes for the remaining 2.5k. Finally, over to the treadmill for a fast and furious 2k run.</p>
<p>Geoff proudly completed the challenge in an amazing 19:53:44.  Mark just couldn&#8217;t catch him on the run.  TV coverage will be posted on You Tube soon.</p>
<p>The next challenge wil be offered out to Manchester&#8217;s office agents, watch this space for more info.</p>
