James Dickinson comments,” Negotiations were initiated when we heard that QAS Ltd were considering their options in terms of whether to remain at Exchange Quay or potentially relocate.

The deal was agreed very quickly and QAS were persuaded that remaining at Exchange Quay was the right option both from a staffing and cost point of view. The fact that there was considerable competition to Exchange Quay is an endorsement to the many benefits of the scheme”.
