The 2nd and part 1st floor offices at Hanover House, Charlotte Street, Manchester have been let to Chartered Accountants, Brody Lee Kershaw.

Canning O’Neill acted as joint agents for the landlord, Magnus, in the transaction, involving a letting of 3,257 sq ft of offices together with 2 basement car spaces.

Brody Lee Kershaw relocated from their former offices at 10 Charlotte Street.

The letting leaves just a ground floor office suite of 1,000 sq ft remaining  to let and we already have strong interest in this.
