Canning O’Neill are delighted to announce WorleyParsons Europe is relocating its North of England operations to Manchester Green in South Manchester.
The Australian-owned project delivery company has moved from Bredbury in Stockport to take 20,000sq ft at Building One.
Manchester Green comprises five buildings, two of which are let to Chiesi and Ingredion as self-contained units. Building Three has recently been comprehensively refurbished to provide 14,000sq ft of high quality office space.
James Dickinson, director at Canning O’Neill, joint agents for the scheme with Jones Lang LaSalle, continued: “Barwood’s rolling refurbishment programme has paid dividends. This letting means that only 4,000sq ft now remains available at building one and plans are now in place to refurbish building four which totals 30,000 sq ft.”
