FK Group buys Lawson House in Altrincham as their new HQ!
The company, which is currently based in Manchester, has acquired the 11,000 sq ft office building in Altrincham from Standard Life Investments
FK Group has instructed Manchester based AEW Architects to carry out a comprehensive refurbishmement of the building to include a new canteen and gym.
The £33m turnover company employs about 40 staff which are due to relocate in December.
FK Group managining director Francis Keenan said “After more than 30 years of successful trading, we had outgrown our previous building in Levenshulme and needed a more efficient building with better amenities for our staff.”
