Manchester commercial property agents, Canning O’Neill, announce a hMedia Village1at trick of office lettings Salford Quays at Magnetic House in Media Village in Media Village.
Irish clothing company, Portwest Clothing and Interserve Construction have taken 1,716 sq ft and 1,798 sq ft of office space on the second floor and financial services company, Wilson Tarquin, has taken 1,762 sq ft on the first floor.
Solar Communications recently relocated from Cody Court off South Langworthy Road, to take a suite of 4,067 sq ft on the first floor.
Magnetic House comprises 21,000 sq ft of office space over three floors and is one of five buildings that make up Media Village, offering over 120,000 sq ft of commercial space. The Village is home to organisations including Guardian Media Group, Bibby Factors and Helly-Hansen.
