This week we helped secure new offices for the company as it moved from offices in the Northern Quarter to take 3,044 sq ft at Conavon Court. In a separate deal, Edge Consulting Engineers has moved from serviced offices in Barton Arcade to take 1,535 sq ft.
Located on Blackfriars Street, Conavon Court has been sympathetically refurbished by Conavon Properties to offer suites from approximately 1,500 sq ft up to full floors of circa 5,600 sq ft. The development is home to tenants including CandidSky, My Accountancy Place, and Regital.
