Sage signs at Exchange Quay

Exchange Quay Salford QuaysIn even more great news for Salford Quays, Canning O’Neill are pleased to announce, Sage, leaders in providing software to the accountancy and business sector have signed up at Exchange Quay in Salford Quays for a further 10 years.  Since Sage took occupation 15 years ago they have expanded and are currently located over two offices within the office scheme and will be operational in their new office by the end of summer 2015.

Owners Hunters, recently invested in a 10m refurbishment programme to upgrade the six office buildings to Grade A specification as well as comprehensive works to the landscaping and amenities on site with  works are due for completion August 2015 .

Sage’s signing follows hot on the heels of 40,000 sq ft of office lettings which have completed at Exchange Quay in 2015, for both new and existing occupiers who include;  Wurth Electronics GlaxoSmithKline Research & Development, RPS, K2L, North West Employers and Boxchange Associates.
