Regus, the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace, is set to open its tenth business centre in Manchester, within the newly refurbished Lowry Mill development in Swinton.

The centre, occupying the second floor, will provide the full range of Regus services, including part-time and co-working space, Day Offices, full-time serviced offices and meeting rooms, as well as reception, business support services and Virtual Offices.

Regus’ growth and investment in the region is testament to increasing demand for flexible places to work that offer a productive environment for business people to touch down, meet, co-work or base a business.

John Spencer, UK CEO at Regus commented, “Lowry Mill is an exciting addition to our network in Manchester, providing a new business location with convenient access to the M60 and just twenty minutes north of the city centre. We expect strong take-up from local small businesses, start-ups and remote workers as well as national firms opening satellite offices and global businesses establishing a footprint in the North West.

“As world leader in flexible workspace, we are committed to continually expanding our network and making business easier for our customers.”
Lowry Mill Property Manager, Mike Lamplough, added, “We are delighted that Regus will be opening a business centre in Lowry Mill, and are currently working on fitting out the space to Regus’ requirements, enabling them to offer a wide variety of flexible workspace options to customers.  “Following a multi-million pound refurbishment, Lowry Mill is ideally equipped for business users, in an attractive setting with superb facilities such as extensive parking and a gym.”

Regus has 300 business centres across the UK, and a global presence across 104 countries. The company is also rolling out a new breed of centres – called Regus Express – designed to help people co-work or hold productive meetings outside of a traditional office environment, such as in motorway service areas or retail parks. The first Regus Express on the M6 opens at Sandbach South services later this year, and one is already open at Broughton Shopping Park in Chester.
