10 Exchange Quay, Salford Quays

You may have seen OLIVER Group in the news in the last few months, after the marketing agency acquired Manchester based Aylesworth Fleming. Well, after looking for office space, we’ve signed a deal for the agency to let 10 Exchange Quay in Salford Quays.

They will relocate from Furness House in Salford Quays to take the self-contained 2,840 sq ft building on a new 10 year lease. Trox UK vacated the property in August, so we’re please to have re-let the building so quickly!

Sharon Whale, Chief Executive Officer at OLIVER UK said: “Our philosophy at OLIVER is to be on the inside of our client’s businesses, literally and metaphorically, to provide better, faster and more effective work.  Our Salford Quays office is an instrumental part of that – Manchester is one of the most creative and innovative places in the UK, it’s economy is as big as Ireland’s and it has excellent transport links.  The office is vital in driving our growth in the North of the UK and is excellently placed as a specialist hub to support all our on-site creative teams for clients in the Greater Manchester area, the Midlands and the North, including Scotland.”

Mark Canning commented: “Originally built to be the marketing pavilion for Exchange Quay, No.10 will provide OLIVER with a fantastic image and the control that comes with a self-contained building.  Yet it will also enable them to take advantage of all the benefits of being part of the larger Exchange Quays Scheme.  On site amenities now include a restaurant, a convenience store and post office, a Kid’s Planet children’s day nursery and a 20,000 sq ft Pure Gym.”
