Canning O’Neill have secured the largest office letting so far in South Manchester in 2014 at Manchester Business Park, Manchester Airport.
Acting on behalf of Hutchison 3G UK Limited and in conjunction with Alder King Property Consultants, Canning O’Neill has agreed the assignment of Hutchison’s existing lease on this 38,500 sq ft Grade A office building to international engineering and construction firm, Costain, who will relocate from nearby Trident Business Park.
