JACKSON HOUSE BAGS BIGGEST LETTING IN SALE IN 2011!

In the biggest office deal in Sale & Altrincham in 2011, Manchester commercial property agents Canning O’Neill have let 14,242 sq ft of offices at Jackson House, Sale to Smooth Financial Consultants Ltd. 

 

 

Jackson House is owned by London & Harrogate based Commercial Estates Group. Smooth has taken half of the fourth floor on a five year lease.

 

 

Robert Jones, FD at Smooth Financial, commented that the company’s recent, rapid growth led to the need to move and so began their search for offices to lease in Sale. “At Smooth, our biggest asset is our people. We have trained and developed a great team and with our rapid growth we needed a HQ that could provide a base to expand and fulfill our potential.
