Brooklands Place in Sale is now fully let after five separate lettings were secured totalling nearly 13,000 sq ft at the office development for client Willan Investments.
The largest of the deals is the Crisis Prevention Institute, which has taken 4,000 sq ft within Building Two on a five-year lease. The company is relocating from its existing office on Britannia Road, also in Sale.
Accountant Harold Sharp is also moving from a nearby office, and has taken 3,600 sq ft in Building Five on a 10-year lease. The company is moving from Washway Road, where its office on the corner of Oakfield is being demolished to make way for a new-build care home. The company was advised by Williams Sillitoe on its move.
Financial advisor Haven IFA has relocated from Nelson House in Timperley, taking 1,700 sq ft in Building Six, while architect and consultant Darnton B3 has taken 1,100 sq ft on the ground floor of Building Three.
Meanwhile existing occupier Camlee Group has relocated from the development’s Building Six to take the whole of Building Four, which totals 2,400 sq ft.
