Acting on behalf of its private client landlord, joint property agents Canning O’Neill and RPS have agreed terms with McQueens to let the second floor, totalling 1,320 sq ft, and including six on-site car parking spaces.

McQueens Dairies set a precedent in the UK with its milk deliveries, becoming the first dairy to offer two-litre bottles of milk delivered to doors on a two day a week basis. Since then McQueens has grown rapidly, expanding with its first England-based depot in Warrington.

The 6 Ambassador Place space, which provides 3,636 sq ft of modern office accommodation in Altrincham town centre, has been updated with new kitchen facilities, 52mb fibre connectivity, 24-hour access, and on-site security.

Set over three floors, the first floor totalling 1,319 sq ft remains available to let.

James Dickinson, director, Canning O’Neill, spoke about occupier demand in Altrincham: “The town centre’s renaissance over recent years has attracted professionals and businesses to the area, establishing Altrincham as a commercial hub in the North West with excellent connectivity.

“The activity is drawing in successful and established organisations such as McQueens Dairies that recognise the value of the transport infrastructure and motorway networks, as well as the attractive amenities to support their ambitious growth plans.”

“We are pleased to have acted quickly to meet McQueen’s requirements in Altrincham, in what has become a competitive market.”

Anna McQueen, owner of McQueens Dairies, added: “Living in the area and now running a business in Altrincham, I have experienced the town’s thriving commercial community and we’re very excited about the prospects this will bring for McQueens Dairies.”

“We are already benefiting from the local employment pool, having recruited some high-quality staff, and we are confident the location will enable our future growth plans to create 25 more jobs in the next few months.”
