Creed Communications put their stamp on Stamford Court

Stamford Court, AltrinchamCreed Communications have acquired a new HQ at Stamford Court in Altrincham, the employment and resourcing business are relocating from Wilmslow.

Stamford Court comprises a terrace of fully self contained office buildings in the heart of Altrincham.   The town centre offers a range of business, leisure and retail amenities with its own Metrolink station and excellent rail and bus service. Access to both the M56, M6 and M60 are all within a short drive. Manchester Airport is only 5 miles to the east of Stamford Court.

Creed was unrepresented during the transaction. Canning O’Neill is the joint agent on the scheme along with Regional Property Solutions.
