Biss Lancaster have joined Rae Design and Creative Lynx at 52 Princess Street. They are relocating from Knott Mill to a suite of 2,139 sq ft on the 3rd floor of the building. They were attracted to the character of the building and the location being closer to amenities.

52 Princess St was recently restored by Bridge Properties and now provides design led space in an environment focussed on creativity with a genuine feel good factor. The building and its fast emerging community is looking to secure and work with companies that will drive our City-region over the coming years.

In addition another See UK (Cerus) have also taken expansion space in the building.
