Canning O'Neill has negotiated the surrender of the URS Scott Wilson's lease on the 4th Floor of St James's, on Oxford Street, Manchester.
The offices were let to URS, but became surplus to operational requirements following URS's acquisition of consulting engineers, Scott Wilson. The offices of 8,500 sq ft were let on a lease to 2013.
