61 BLOOM STREET WELCOMES HERITAGE WORKS

Heritage Works have recently taken occupation on the 1st floor at 61 Bloom Street in Manchester city centre.  They are the new neighbours to Musicians Union who moved in to the 2nd floor a little under 12 months ago.

Heritage Works is a registered charity that regenerates historic buildings whose cost of repair is uneconomic for the private sector. Working with a range of partners, Heritage Works, formerly  Ancoats Building Preservation Trust (ABPT), is able to acquire, refurbish and resell (or lease) property, operating as a ‘developer motivated by heritage rather than profit’.

This recent deal leaves just the Ground floor offices to let comprising 707 sq ft and 884 sq ft to let in the Basement.

61 Bloom Street is an attractive, period office building located just of Sackville Street, in a vibrant part of the City, within easy walking distance of all city centre amenities, train, tram and bus services.

The building has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment and now provides office accommodation of great character.

Chris Reay dealt with the letting to Heritage Works.
